Risk Disclosure

This document outlines the trading, operational, financial, and technological risks related to NavoTrade services.

At NavoTrade, operated by TREDONA LLC, we are committed to ensuring that all customers fully understand the risks associated with trading activities and the use of our Services before engaging with our platform.

By accessing or using any part of the NavoTrade platform, including participation in any evaluation program or trading challenge, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the risks outlined in this Risk Disclosure.

Trading financial instruments, including but not limited to foreign exchange (Forex), contracts for difference (CFDs), futures, and other derivatives, involves a significant level of risk and is not suitable for all individuals. Such activities may result in substantial losses and, in real-market conditions, may lead to the loss of invested capital. Even in a simulated or evaluation environment, trading decisions carry inherent uncertainty, volatility, and unpredictability.

The services provided by NavoTrade are conducted within a simulated trading environment designed for evaluation and educational purposes only. While the platform may replicate real-market conditions, it does not guarantee that such conditions will accurately reflect live trading environments, including but not limited to pricing, execution speed, slippage, liquidity, spreads, or market behavior. As a result, performance achieved within the NavoTrade environment may differ significantly from performance in real financial markets.

Customers should understand that past performance, whether simulated or historical, is not indicative of future results. Any trading outcome, profit target, or evaluation result achieved within the platform does not constitute a guarantee of future success or profitability.

NavoTrade does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. No content, communication, or material provided through the platform, website, support channels, or representatives of the Company should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. All trading decisions made by the customer are undertaken independently and at the customer’s sole discretion and risk.

Customers are solely responsible for their trading strategies, risk management decisions, and behavior within the platform. The Company does not monitor, control, or influence individual trading decisions and assumes no responsibility for the outcomes of such decisions.

The use of leverage, where applicable in simulated environments, can amplify both gains and losses and may expose the customer to higher levels of risk. Market conditions may change rapidly, and price movements may be unpredictable, especially during periods of high volatility, economic announcements, geopolitical events, or low liquidity conditions.

Technical risks are also inherent in the use of online platforms and digital systems. These include, but are not limited to, system failures, connectivity issues, latency, execution delays, platform outages, data inaccuracies, or disruptions caused by third-party providers. While NavoTrade implements reasonable measures to ensure system reliability, the Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance and shall not be held liable for any losses or consequences arising from such technical issues.

Customers should also be aware of behavioral and psychological risks associated with trading, including emotional decision-making, overtrading, lack of discipline, and inadequate risk control. These factors may significantly impact trading performance and outcomes.

By using NavoTrade Services, the customer acknowledges that they have sufficient knowledge, experience, and understanding of financial markets and trading risks, or that they are using the platform for educational purposes with full awareness of such risks. The customer further confirms that they are financially and psychologically prepared to accept the outcomes of their trading activity within the evaluation environment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TREDONA LLC shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or adverse outcome resulting from the use of the Services, including but not limited to trading performance, evaluation results, technical issues, or reliance on any information provided through the platform.

Nothing in this Risk Disclosure constitutes a limitation of any rights that may apply under mandatory laws and regulations. However, by accessing and using the Services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Risk Disclosure in full.
