Trading Rules
Simple, transparent, and built for real traders. Review the full NavoTrade policy before you purchase or trade any account.
Challenge & Funded Accounts
The program is designed as one clear progression: prove discipline first, then move into the funded stage under the same risk framework.
Challenge Account
Prove skill with one straightforward evaluation phase.
There is no time limit. A trading day counts when at least one position is opened and closed during that trading session.
Funded Account
Access capital, keep the majority of the profit, and request withdrawals once eligible.
There is no profit target once the funded account is active. The same drawdown limits remain in place, identity verification is required before any withdrawal request, and after the first approved payout the account moves to a weekly payout cycle.
Drawdown Rules
Every account follows the same two risk limits, and both rules are monitored in real time.
Daily Drawdown
Resets every trading day.
The daily limit is assessed using the higher of balance or the account's real-time value at any point during the day. A single breach means the account violates the rule.
Overall Drawdown
Static and does not trail upward.
The overall limit is fixed from the initial account balance. Balance and the account's real-time value must never drop below this floor, even after profits are made.
Allowed & Prohibited Strategies
Flexible trading is welcome, but any behavior that exploits execution or platform weaknesses is prohibited.
Allowed
Scalping
Short-term execution is fully supported when risk limits are respected.
Swing Trading
Multi-day positions are permitted for traders who carry a broader market view.
Intraday Trading
Opening and closing positions within the same trading day is fully allowed.
News Trading
You may trade high-impact releases while staying in control of volatility and drawdown.
Weekend Holding
Positions may remain open over the weekend, with gap risk remaining the trader's responsibility.
Expert Advisors (EAs)
Automated systems are allowed on MT5 & cTrader when they do not exploit pricing or platform weaknesses.
Manual & Algorithmic Trading
Both discretionary and systematic trading styles are supported.
Copy Trading Between Your Own Accounts
Copying is allowed only between accounts owned and operated by the same trader.
Prohibited
Latency / Hedge Arbitrage
Strategies built to exploit price-feed or execution delay mismatches are prohibited.
Tick / Quote Manipulation
Any attempt to abuse market data, quotes, or platform behavior is forbidden.
Cross-Account Copy Trading
Copying between unrelated traders, groups, or third-party networks is not allowed without approval.
Platform / Feed Exploits
Pricing errors, feed instability, platform bugs, or technical loopholes may not be exploited.
Abusive High-Frequency Patterns
Execution designed only to trigger system behavior rather than trade genuine market conditions is prohibited.
Fraudulent or Abusive Activity
Any conduct judged fraudulent, manipulative, or inconsistent with genuine trading may lead to account action.
Trading Conditions & Execution
The execution model is built to stay clear, competitive, and easy to understand before you start.
A consistent leverage cap is applied across supported instruments.
Major forex pairs generally average around 0.1 to 0.2 pips under normal market conditions.
A flat commission structure keeps pricing transparent and avoids hidden dealing-desk costs.
Orders are filled using market execution, with no dealing desk and no requotes under normal conditions.
Positive or negative slippage may occur during fast conditions or reduced liquidity.
This reference cap applies to a 100K equivalent account, with other sizes adjusted proportionally.
Payout Policy
The payout path is meant to stay predictable from your first funded withdrawal onward.
Your profits, processed fast
NavoTrade keeps the withdrawal path straightforward. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is submitted.
Complete 3 Trading Days
A funded account becomes payout-eligible once the minimum trading-day requirement is completed.
Complete KYC Verification
Verification must be approved before any withdrawal request can be submitted.
Request a Withdrawal
Minimum withdrawal: $100. Every request remains subject to account and risk review.
Processing & Weekly Cycle
Requests are processed within 24 to 36 hours. After the first approved payout, withdrawals move to a weekly cycle.
Other Important Rules
A few operational rules help keep the environment clear, fair, and sustainable over time.
Inactivity — 30 Days
Accounts with no activity for 30 consecutive days may be marked inactive and reviewed, suspended, or closed depending on the account stage and internal risk controls.
Account Delivery
Credentials are normally delivered within 5 to 15 minutes after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, delivery may take longer.
Consistency Review
Accounts that rely on abnormal risk concentration, one-trade dependency, or gambling-style behavior may be reviewed before withdrawals are approved.
Rule Violations
Violations may lead to account failure, suspension, manual review, or loss of payout eligibility. NavoTrade may investigate any behavior that appears abusive, manipulative, or fraudulent.
Transparency Policy
There is no time limit on the challenge, no hidden trading restrictions, and payout conditions are stated clearly.
Weekly Payout Cycle
After the first approved payout, funded accounts move to a weekly withdrawal cycle while continuing to remain subject to review and verification.
Important Notice
NavoTrade accounts operate in a simulated trading environment unless explicitly stated otherwise. Performance, payouts, and account access remain subject to compliance with all platform rules, verification procedures, and internal reviews. By purchasing and using a NavoTrade account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these rules and the related terms.
